Goodbye, snow! For real this time!

With spring just around the corner, we thought we’d share with you our top picks for activities to do in and around the city this sunny season.

1) The Charles River

The Charles River is without a doubt Boston’s best spot to go on a walk, run, or bike ride with friends or families this spring. Don’t have a bike? Rent one! Kayaks and canoes can be rented too! We also love the idea of having a picnic along the river… wine and cheese, please!

2) EarthFest

The Radio 92.9 EarthFest presented by Whole Foods Market will return on May 21 at the DCR Hatch Memorial Shell. The festival is an all day free event filled with national and local music and environmentally friendly products. Stay tuned for the lineup, announced on April 22 (Earth Day)

3) Swan Boat Opening

On April 16 from 10AM to 4PM, the swan boats will once again grace the lagoon in the Boston Public Gardens. Take a ride for only $3.50 per adult or $2 per child.

4) Food Trucks

Yes, Boston is home to endless delicious restaurants, but it is also a haven for unreal food trucks in the nice weather. Grab a bite from any of these food trucks and eat them under the sun in any of these parks.

5) Grab a Brush and Come Paint Boston!

We have a number of exciting spring themed paintings coming to The Paint Bar’s two Boston locations this month. Be sure to check out our calendar for the most up to date class times. Hope to see you with a brush in hand soon!
